A short documentary on the recent violent events surrounding Newington High School in Newington, Connecticut

It has been a few years since I created this video, so the facts and experiences may have changed. I have received some e-mails about taking this video down because it is objectionable. Despite these e-mails I will continue to keep this video online because it is a project I worked hard on and obviously people enjoy watching it. All of the people here spouting about how NHS sucks are clearly the lowlifes who will never amount to anything and are just looking to blame someone other than themselves. We seem to forget that we go to school in suburban CT, one of the best places in the US for public education. Visit a school in Alabama and then tell me how bad we all had it. Grow up and get a life.

NHS is the school for you! We arrest on suspicion; and everyone is a suspect! We make you feel safe with mandatory IDs, school lock-downs, and our friendly SRO (student resource officer) who lives to ruin any future academic aspirations by charging students with any number of minor law infractions that will cost you $1k in lawyers fees to clear in court. Newington High school; "We bring the jail to you" and for those who are shut ins please refer to our "Truancy program for kids"

horseshit,, my son goes to NHS and that place is marshmellow status.
NBHS was WAY worse.. thats why i sent my son to NHS instead.
The only reason NHS is bad is its over population of juggalos or people reaching out to new britain or hartford for drugs.

i was a freshman when all that stuff happened. this is really exaggerated. i stll think this video is cool, but mostly the kids causing the trouble just wanted attention. nothing really happened

thank god i got out of Newington High in '04. it started getting trash from Hartford and stupid rules that followed because of it. not to mention the deaths of a well-loved police officer and several students. Newington sucks and sucks the life out of everyone in it
