Congress is also proportionality involved in the nomination for a Treasury Secretary.The Congress contributed in fabricating the electoral system for a Treasury Secretary,so Congress were fully aware of the process of nomination and didn't speak out prior to certain negative events.Everyone on this program knew well what health the financial and economical system was in.They Knew the capital usage was for rescuing financial institutions and not for public interest.
