This is also a big lie what you wrote here. The Syriac Orthodox Church (also Syrian Orthodox) have never change its name. It was founded by the first Christians in Antiochia under the name " 'idto Suryayto " and their name is till this.

The Assyrian Church is another church, tha was called from its splitting from the SOC in the 5th Century up to 1930 "Old Apostolic Church of the East". Please stop your hatefull lies against our Church and Aramaean People. For history: urhoy dot info

You do need to look up your history. The Assyrian Orthodox Church changed their name to Syriac in this century. Prior to that it was known as the Assyrian Orthdox Church. There is still one last remaining Assyrian Orthodox Church remaining in the Boston area. Look up your history ahono.

The Syrian-Orthodox Church has nothing to do with Assyrians. It's an Aramaic Church. The SOC Christians are Aramaeans. The liturgical language of the Church is also Aramaic, that was also the language of Jesus.
