@TourmalineOpal Christians didnt adopt it they purposefully moved it in order to convert pagans.

oh so know athiests can celebrate CHRISTmas, that's wrong, that would be like me pretending to be Jew to get gifts on hannukah
-
@AliMishel yup. its a belief just like bald is a hair color and off is a tv channel. yup...
-
@AliMishel Sure, I agree. Surely you and I both believe there aren't any mermaids, so according to you the belief that there are no mermaids is just like Christianity which is a belief. Doesn't bother me. Regardless, I think it's merely a semantics game rather we call ourselves Atheists or Agnostics or both.We agree with each other and hold the same stance on religion. We don't adhere to a particular dogma. We are non-theists. That's what matters. So Happy Holidays if you celebrate anything! ^_^

@PeacefulAtheist1 Thankyou for pointing out that athiests "believe". Atheism is a belief just as Christianity is a belief. Neither can be proven with your beloved science
-
@IAMAPEANUT1 Im a Christian, but that was just unloving and mean. This is why Christians have a bad name. for damning everyone to hell who isnt as "holy" as them

@wakkawakka420 Prove that theres a God? Ok. Well first, while youre reading this, are you thinking? yes. What are you thinking about? probably "look at this dumb Christian thinking they can prove mw wrong, I HAVE SCIENCE" am I right? well if I am, or even if Im not, can you prove that you thought that thought? or that you didnt think that thought? Ill prove God when you can prove that. Spriritual things cant be proven by science, but by results and historical facts.

You want an atheist Christmas just like same sex couples want a marriage. Both based upon religion "They say they want the kingdom But they don't want God in it"
-
Are u really an athiest?
-
@TourmalineOpal other then the thing about Santa being SAINT Nick. lol
That was very funny. It is possible to like Christmas as an atheist these days. There doesn't seem anything religious about the Santa story. However earlier ideas about Christmas was religios. First it was a Pagan celebration of midwinter and the birth of the sun. Then the Christians adopted it, and made it the day of Christ's birth. Christmas may change it's significance in the future.
