SPICY PICKLED CABBAGE.
3 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce
1 medium cabbage cut into small dices
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Thoroughly wash the diced cabbage, drain and keep aside. In a bowl mix all the sauces and adjust the seasoning. Add cabbage dices to the sauce mixture, mix well, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve as a side dish or just as a starter.
