This video is the third in a series Josh Mettle has produced outlining the steps in the new home construction process.

(Step 1 is to get the pre-approval for your loan taken care of and Step 2 is to select your community, your lot and your general floor plan.)

Step 3 - The Pre-Construction Meeting

This step really separates Gough Homes from other homebuilders and we'll explain why in this video.

1. You meet with Gough Homes and take the general floor plan that you've selected and go through a series of questions that helps you to narrow down all the details of the home you will build.

2. Gough Homes modifies and changes the general plans to customize it to your specifications with their in-house draftsmen. The magic is that by doing this all in-house, this saves you time and money and allows you to have the home you really want.

3. Gough Homes prices out the home with all the changes, you then approve the new price and give your approval signature.

4. Permits are obtained and then construction begins.
