Why does this remind me of "Lilium"? If ye be an anime nerd, step forth, and tell me whether my ears decieve me. Especially 0:21-0:36, which sounds like the beginning. In case you don't know the anime, it's Elfen Lied. (Should be Elfenlied, but I can forgive the mangaka for their poor skill in speaking German. I adore the anime, but it's pretty savage, if you can't stomach that.)
