  • dat kick

  • I'd fuck that ass in that position. Nice.

  • @nubornbabies the feet are supposed to be angled out, as in this video. Some people have difficulty with the whip kick, and angle their feet inwards instead (because of knee problems, being pidgeon toed, etc)

Also, there are 2 ways to do competitive breast stroke: wave and flat. This girl is doing the wave, which is said to cause less drag than the flat form. However, that is up for debate.

  • @TheLeilisa no, it helps to be taller.... so take roids

  • swimming would help you grow taller ?

  • i cant freaking pass Youth Advanced, just cuz of my goddamn whipkick!!

  • All I can remember is helping little kids and going, Up, Out Together!

  • "clap" the soles of ur feet together as u finish the snap/squeeze of ur kick

  • well, to get a more powerful kick, you want to point your toes at the end of the kick to strengthen your streamline. It helps with timing for me. As soon as my feet touch at the end of the kick, I start my pull.

  • I've also been noticing some breast strokers angle their feet in; almost bottom of feet touching at the very end of the kick. Am I safe to assume this is proper? You're supposed to use the inside of your feet and BOTTOM??
