Am i correct in assuming you are saying 230 Celcius ?
The Tempature measurement is the USA is Farenhiet So 230 celcius is about 450 Farenhiet

yeah i'm pretty sure it was 230 Celcius because we rarely use farenhiet , you don't have to put it back but it helps. I think if you pause the vid it might show. . not sure..

haha thanks Shanice, This WAS actually meant to be on a type of cooking show-someone asked me to make it for them, then it got cancelled so i thought i'd share it with my youtube people. .haha I had to study how to make this. Filming and cooking is a hard thing to do at the same time..
