  • Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?

  • i got a question. so, working out on a tredmil...even fast walking...for say 45 min a day... WHERE would you see a difference IF at all on the body? will it lower my gut? will be lower my fat on the waste...? will it tone my inner thighs?

  • hi, actually she's right, but she's just doesn't explain it very clearly. for weight loss, try put some variation on your treadmill session. 2 mins walk, 2 mins run (i mean run fast..) then back to 2 mins walk. repeat it up to 30 mins. i am doing this everyday, i lost 12 kgs in a month. trust me. it works... but jus remember... always stretch your legs before and AFTER running to avoid injuries. hope this will help.
