Lake Las Vegas, a 3-billion gallon man-made lake thus far has been a major disappointment for developers.

  • EconCat: Good video, man. You have it straight. There is NO WAY there will be a "recovery" into anything like what existed before, because what existed before was based on bad principles and a credit bubble that will never return. The government cannot "fix" it because it doesn't need fixing and isn't actually broken. The collapse is not the disease; it is the CURE for the horrible, unsustainable, perverse situation that existed before. Sanity needs to return, and it will, in time.

  • @SphinctersForever

I agree. There isn't any chance of a recovery in the next few years. The worst of this collapse has yet to be seen. Thanks for watching.

  • You do a fantastic job EconCat88 on showing what the mainstream media neglect to show us when the government claims we are in a recovery.... what a crock. Keep up the great work!

  • @BradleyMansion

    Thanks for watching.

  • I'm surprised the grounds are as well maintained as they are.

They gave some effort before finally throwing in the towel.
