@lwomar of course you aren't gonna see a case where someone is pleased with the results. That's like saying you haven't seen a car accident case yet where the victim was happy to be hit.

@lwomar If they were pleased with renting from someone on Craigslist.... they wouldnt end up on court tv.... but i get what ur saying... ill never use it from all the cases ive seen that seem to end up in court!

@lwomar That's not always the case. I found my apartment on Craigslist (granted I live by myself) and I've been there 3.5 years and have an awesome landlord.

It doesn't matter how the buyer and seller found each other. Use your head! I use Craig's list all the time with great results. Before computers I used the newspaper.

Is it just me, or is Craigslist the poster child for these types of cases? I haven't seen a case yet where someone rents an apartment/house/room/roommate on Craigslist and are pleased with it. Stop looking for a place to live or a roommate on Craigslist! There are hundreds of reputable apartment and home finder agencies that offer free services.
