I made a chicken stew with mine. I used glass mirrors it came out good. I insulated with layers of cardboard and the grass weed you used works fine other things can be used also. Solar cooking is fun. A slant faced oven is better than a flat faced like mine no tilting towards the sun and sometimes it would fall when the reflectors slipped. Hey I want to be the taste tester lol. I made a video response on mine cooking take a look and good luck
