  • @MissPaieNicole protein needs are met by eating enough calories.

  • Taking advice from anyone other than a registered nutritionist or dietician is ridiculous, because obviously these people don't understand the importance of having a protein rich diet. Proteins are responsible for regulating a multitude of tasks our bodies need performed.

  • I have so many questions for you!

    1) Doesn't all of the acid of the fruits eat at the enamel on your teeth as well?

    2) How does one go about living a normal life by having to eat like 15 bananas for lunch to sustain themselves? I mean, do you have a standard job?

  • Hi I am looking for a make up line that isn't toxic what kind do you wear? Thanks Debi

  • @nutritioaltherapist Sorry, but I think you're missing the point of what Freelee and Harley are doing here. They're eating a HEALTHY vegan diet. Sure, there are a ton of vegans out there who are still eating horribly unhealthy foods...90% pasta and such. Let's not suddenly denounce 30BAD.com or Freelea and Durianrider for showing others what they themselves have been living and proving daily, please.

  • Most vegans I see in clinc show to be zinc deficient. One thing for sure is you dont want to be zinc deficient!

EPA and DHA deficiency. When I check cell membranes of vegans, men more than women appear to be EPA and DHA deficient. Conversion is poor, especially on a high carbohydrate diet. Research is showing that ALA idoes not contribute to anti inflammatory processes like EPA.

It is all about balance and individuality. One mans meat is another mans poison.

  • possible problems with a vegan diet

For some poeple getting enough protein maybe differcult. this may cause horrible blood sugar flutations leading to shakiness, spaceyness, irratibilty, lethargy, headaches etc. This could lead to excessive refined carb intake which is the real prob

This may not supply enough amino acids needed for variuos functions. Nerotransmitter production, connective tissue integrity, adrenal/thyroid gland function, detoxification pathways, immune system function.

  • this woman is making some really mis informed statements here. Firstly she needs to learn more about the subject of biochemical individuality. Some people who live on a vegan diet are suceptable to poor blood sugar control which can lead to the infammatory processes she is claiming to avoid. I see alot of vegan clients in clinic suffering from depression. Testing for neurotransmitters shows the majority are serotonin deficient. Vegan diets are not for everyone. She is also talking rubbish re pH.

  • u r beautiful,,,i just dont know whats more beautiful,,,your mind or yr body
