Untouched Episode 16

Selena's POV
At the "new" house. It was a comfy home, just about 1 bedroom for everyone, Brenda and Ashley stayed in the same room so Kevin got one to himself. The house was somewhere in San Diego, no one knew where it was. How can she possibly find out when we haven't told anyone? It's been about two weeks and all we've really done was stay indoors, next week is when the police officer said we'd be able to go back to Brenda's house. At this moment, I just want to be back in Boston with David. I don't know how much longer of this I can take, not to mention for Riley's own safety. If it comes down to leaving Nick again, I will.

Riley- Mommy, look! A lizard! *point to the window*
Selena- *smiles* I see it.

Living room with Brenda-
Brenda's POV:
This is getting really out of hand, everyone was drained. Tired, sick of everything. So much time has passed by and Riley's birthday was coming up soon, I hope she doesn't have to spend it here. She's so young, she doesn't need to know about anything.

Kevin- Bren? *taps Brenda's shoulders*
Brenda- *smiles* Yeah?
Kevin- *sits on the sofa* How are you?
Brenda- *confused* What?
Kevin- *chuckles* I meant with everything.
Brenda- *sighs* I don't know anymore. It's pretty crazy.
Phone rings*
Kevin- *picks it up* Hello?
Brenda- *whispers* Who is it?
Kevin- *whispers back* I don't know.

Kevin's POV-
"Hello? Who is this?" I heard nothing, the other end was quiet. It was creepy. "I know where you are." I gasped, "MILEY!?" she hung up. Brenda shook my arm, "What happened?!" she was starting to panic. I got goosebumps all over my body, "She knows where we are." I finally said. Brenda's face dropped, "We have to leave now." she stood up and ran over to Selena who was in the other room.


Selena- *smiles* Isn't this nice? Just a quiet town.
Brenda- *fakes a smile* I need to talk to you real quick.
Selena- *notices something wrong* Ok, Riley go to daddy.
Riley nods and goes over to Nick who was watching tv with Joe.

Brenda- *sees Riley out of hearing range* Miley knows.
Selena- *freezes*
Brenda- Sel! Miley knows we're here!
Selena- *frantic* We have to leave!
