The big tractor tire and sledgehammer workout is just an example of some of the exercises that you can do with a big ass tractor tire and an 8lb sledgehammer. Filmed in beautiful central Florida at Core Speed and Agility Training facility http://www.corespeedtraining.com with former New York Mets Minor League Pitcher John Madden of http://www.yougoprobaseball.com

  • lmfao at first tire

  • @darkwatcher3453 lmfao at "hehe^^ im not 21 im 15 but i put 21 to watch .........."

  • i also wrestle as a winter spor to get ready for baseball and we do this every other day of practice its WORKS it works all your uper body. once you get good a a normal sledgehammer they have 10 lb and 15 lb ones that really do the trick

  • @salem4life4 Yeh, I was pretty sore after that day. The sledgehammer I'm using is only 8lbs and it kicked my butt. I don't recommend baseball players using any heavier, but for you wrestlers or any other non throwing athletes it's cool. By the way have you checked out You Go Pro Wrestling?

  • what song is that?

  • @PowerCAT20 I'm not sure. It was a youtube "audio swap". Sounds like Joe Budden to me.

  • Good vid!..Way to put intensity into your swings....That's the key!

  • Damn rappers, always screwing with classics. If only they actually had some talent. Anyway, great work out. I learned the potential for using similar means when I was a teen, cutting wood for my grandparents. They said I could use the wood splitter, but I insisted on using the axe because I really liked the workout. Plus I had to get it to their woodshed up a steep hill with a wheelbarrow. That was even more intense.

  • @YouGoPro ok thanks i can see how using to much weight can hurt your sholder and no i have not checked out you go pro wrestling but i will thanks
