No, I don't think so. 'K-Rod' might have had some problems in 2009, but let's face it: he's ONE of the most unique closers I've seen in baseball.

Todd Jones was a unique closer too.
When a CLOSER has an ERA+ of 113 and a WHIP of 1.309, then something is wrong. And he's been severly overrated since his 62 saves. After his "historic" season, he posted career highs in ERA, walks, WHIP, BB/9, and posted career lows in ERA+, K's, K/9, and K/BB.
He's really not that great.

i have nothing to do with any of this so im not bias im a sox fan but really yeah he might've messed up in the playoffs but he's a good closer he had a great season last year and you can't deny that
