@dreamcaster012 They aren't allowed to modify WP7 in the same way like in Android. Android is open sourced and even though Google is developing the Android system, everyone can make changes to the system. While in WP7, they need Microsoft's permission to do so, and it's too bad that they don't have the permission to change the system. That's why they only have the HTC Hub instead of a complete redesign.
