Its not directly an optical illusion. Different cameras have different speeds at which they capture exposure on frames. When it is slow/normal capture the wheels are moving faster than the cameras frames per second; Hence why they appear almost motionless, the camera simply put cannot keep up. The same principal applies when you try to take a photo of a bird flying in motion and the picture comes out blurry.

you should have tossed a small lure like a bitsy pond minnow, or a Yo-Zuri!

@rcteflondon999 lake zurich is like the closest lake i know of to barrington that has some good bass spots, lots of weeds so topwater and jigs
