A hundred dollar bill, your money, dissapears in a puff of smoke. Magic? Impenetrable mystery? Think again. It's just plain theft. Watch again in slow motion and we see where the money goes. Corruption is hidden by those who profit from it - but you *can* reveal the mystery, and make the corrupt accountable for their theft.

  • life's jut not fair, and even that fact isn't fair itself

  • Worth noting

  • How do you make the puff of smoke?

  • @ytdufy Excellent comment. I think we need to rip out the wires of curruption that short circuit the judiciary, placed there by the corrupt, in order to get accountability back into a Capitalist system that takes the blame for something that is not even part of it. Take the special status of Corporations; limited liability? Why? It's an abomination. Make them accountable, and watch the humanity pour back into the business world. It's not the whole solution, but it is a big piece, in my opinion.

  • IMO the main problem is people's illiteracy when it comes to politics, management, economy so they could make a fair assessment about the performance of those who are leading them and then they should involve themselves and not wait for some help from the merciful authorities. Even those less educated could be able to discern should they follow the moral guidelines taught to them at home or by their wise religious people. To have both is even better. It takes work and willing to act.

  • @ytdufy You said: "First make sure you have a FAIR legal system that WORKS!"

Do you have an idea on where to start?

  • Corruption is an economic crime against humanity.

  • Ytdufy, great comment, compliment! Only one small correction I would like to place: TI and the like do not, by most probability, unwillingly ignore the political system and structures but willingly. It's part of the system.

What should one think of corruption in Iraq where the highest crime has been state terrorism and war to gain control over ressources? If the system is criminal by definition, it becomes cynical to draw attention to petit corruption.

  • Very nice vid, however you, the anticorruption organizations, seem to unwillingly ignore the fact that corruption is the only way to overcome a system that is meant to be corrupt because of it's very design, meaning that you impose some laws that are impossible to follow and then the only way to resist is through corruption. Eliminating corruption while maintaining the system is even worse than having corruption in the first place. First make sure you have a FAIR legal system that WORKS!

  • not too bad!
