  • do you mean 0 to 100 kph. 0 to 60 kph is only only 37 mph

  • what? there is no credibility in that threat and it doesn't make sense. evo doesn't even come close to this

  • @newcastleufc it pretty much does

  • kph? Where's the metre?

  • @ollie3000ollie They don't just put in a triple-clutch, they replace the entire clutch line and shifter bushings, among other things. The components that aren't upgraded can easily handle the power, AMS isn't a company that skimps. The GT-R is an amazing car in its own right, it's undeniably a super-car, but there's a reason its sales have been lackluster. The evo is for rallying, that's where it started. Its purpose is completely different than the GT-R. They both complete their purposes well

  • @cavaderblood yea so where in that kit does it replace the gear box and drive shafts with something that could handle the power!!! just a beefed up clutch aint gonna do it!!!!!!!! ide go with the gtr all day long

  • @15mattyoo If you knew all the numbers why did you suggest the GT-R was slower... just because a c5 can be picked up for 12K doesn't mean it's a good deal. You'll be paying a lot more for repairs than you dreamed, those cars were likely beat to shit by their owners, and definitely their second owners. There's a reason they're so cheap. I hate automatics too, but no one can shift as fast as a twin clutch gearbox, or PDK system. I like manuals for drifting, because they're not sequential.

  • @cavaderblood Yeah dude I know all the numbers, I think most automatics are gay and just to let you know down here you can get a c5 for around 12k so its really not a big deal. I actually don't own a c5 because I can't afford insurance for one just yet because of my driving record....and I have been very busy but will have videos of my cars soon. I need to get a new camera.

  • @15mattyoo I'm sure you think a lot of things are gay, right? How old are you? Could we see a video of your c5? I've only seen a GT-R once, yet alone touched one. They're not very common where I am, so I can't really be a GT-R hugger. And it wouldn't just destroy the ZR1 0-60. Even though the GT-R weighs 400 pounds more, the stock GT-R has around 1.12 G on the skidpad. A stock ZR1 has about 1.06 G. Personally I'm an evo person. They're perfect for me, and where I live (never ideal conditions...)

  • @cavaderblood lol, and what does that make you? A hypocritical gtr hugger? It might destroy a zr-1 0-60 but remember how heavy the gtr is. I like the gtr but I think its gay they dont come with a true six speed. Personally I would get a c5, build it up, and boost it. maybe 30-35k total. :0 Now Im off to go hug my c5...

  • @15mattyoo That 30-40K could easily include some factory clutch packs and Dodson transmission parts (just to name a few options), which would be super reliable far beyond what you would need to destroy a ZR1, and did you watch this video just to bash the GT-R too? Man, this world is full of lifeless, pointless, die-hard, know-it-all, ignorant Corvette huggers!

  • @cavaderblood Yeah, and the tranny in that gtr would also be melted.
