@mitu196 umm.... parkour is not about having guts to do a move. its being confident enough to do it that you dont get adrennaline. okok, you have got to enjoy it and have fun and never stress about not advancing as quickly as you would like to.

one year is not long at all. the people who get good are the people who go out and train everyday and are pumpe about it.
