A little trick that earned a friend and i a lot of EXTRA spending money in the 1960s , we emptied many of these DUCHESS 1d machines, NEVER got caught by the attendants , although we had to keep a sharp lookout towards their direction !!

Ah clever. You remind me of myself in the late 70's and early 80's with similar tricks on modern machines. The bally fast handle pull when over a win was my favourite, it basically made the reels hover over same position whilst clock cycled. Gold awards and 10 coin payouts all emptied in a space of minutes. Malc
