two things or you no put in GAME folder or ur psp no have a CFW!

Its means if u dont have a CFW ur psp is not unlocked for run it!

Is not easy to hack a psp, try google over the web about " downgrade, Install CFW, darkalex CFW, pandora battery. but if u do something wrong u can brick ur system

Very good guide! For those who dont get the FTP auto suggestion (like me) open the internet browser on the PSP and look under connection settings. The IP address will be shown. Then type FTP://(IP Adress) into the prompt on your computer
