Hi,
I just finished two of these (self-sourced). I built two at once, because I thought it would be easier to test them together, if there would have been a problem :)
It was very fun project (I haven't build anything like this before).
I wish I have soon an opportunity to create something to youtube with these new x0xb0xes.

thanks guys
the PCB holder is from Weller, round about 40 euros.
it is a mix of steel and plastic, but very stable and useful !
cheers

Also interested in the board holder. Is that a Panavise? Those are so expensive, and they have crummy plastic parts!

Nice video and good sounds. Thank you for sharing this!
I noticed you have very useful PCB holder there. Do you know if those can be ordered from web somewhere?
Nice build and nice tune! Are those snapoff SIP sockets you've used for the transistors? Where did you get them? I saw them somewhere once and couldn't remember where it was.

hi !
yeah, those sockets comes with 32 pins, I cut them down to 3, 5 or 9 pins to socket all of the transistors... even the 1583 and 2291.
I get the sockets from Conrad Electronic, but I think nearly every electronics seller has them.
cheers
