The beginnings of the social problem getting worst since the 1960's and 70"s. The acceptance of western philosophy of being single, that has the gauntlet of misrepresentation that lead to the underlying problem. Monogamy and Celibacy of different doctrines of westernized philosophy is a understanding that a lot black women follow which shuns, polygamy that is an old way of having multiple wives, has always been a Ancient practice and is still today.
