After working out and many practice bends I was messing around with new techniques and immediately kinked the blue with the Reverse. What followed was a battle of will and yes I know I braced.... but it was a good fight as I ran out of gas!
On your sweep and crushdowns, try and keep the bar at your neck level. Watch your video again and notice how you got better movement when your elbows moved forward instead of downward? That is your power range.
