"À ma sœur" doesn't mean "Fat Girl" it means "To my sister".
sœur is sister, "fille" means girl, and "Fat" is "Grosse", so technically if it was "Fat Girl" it'd be "Grosse Fille"
Anybody else find it weird that the company translated it to "Fat girl" When not one of those words means that?

Lol, that does sound silly but 'Fat Girl' is really an ALTERNATE title to appeal to English-speaking audiences.
I personally prefer 'To My Sister', though.
