Our residential or home elevators incorporate the latest technology available in the industry today.
We offer two types of elevator systems: the winding drum and the gearless elevator. Both products are machine room less, meaning that they take up the least amount of valuable home space possible, and do not require a separate machine room. The advantage to our design, is that all major components are located at the top of the elevator shaft, keeping the most valuable parts away from potential flooding or natural disasters.
Our elevators have many aluminum components which have a lifetime warranty against corrosion and failure.
The winding drum elevator is an extremely compact and efficient elevator system. Our design incorporates the latest technology, and offers a reliable value based elevator system for any home. Winding drum units require minimal maintenance when compared to hydraulic units.
The gearless drive system is one of the most efficient and best performing elevators available in the market today. A gearless drive is a commercial grade, highly powerful and almost silent method of controlling the elevator. The improved performance mainly due to the elimination of the gear box that causes vibrations and slight gear noise that is common to most residential elevators. With no gearbox or hydraulic oil tanks, you get the most quiet, best performing elevator without the messy oil and noise of other elevator systems.
Standard Home Elevator Features include: a commercial grade, non proprietary controller, 40 feet per minute travel speed as regulated by National Elevator code, Clear Accordion gate, Laser cut interlocking sling design with industrial powder coated finish, Aluminum platform and rail brackets, automatic homing, Recessed Lighting, Automatic cab lights, 220 volt single phase power, stainless steel fixtures and a recessed phone.
Our elevators meet all safety features required by ASME A17.1 Section 5 (National Elevator Code) and all come with a 24 month Factory warranty. After the warranty has expired we offer an array of maintenance contracts to fit your needs.
All of our products are customized to fit your needs with optional hardwood cabs, window openings, unique cab sizes and styles, emergency battery lowering, automatic gate operators and position indicators to name a few...If you have questions, we encourage you to contact our staff -- there is absolutely no obligation.
Enjoy the accessibility, luxury and convenience of a home elevator. Call us today for more information.
