@TwinkleX0 have you visit the doctor. You should look into liquid nitrogen treatment, anti-viral medicine, or topical retinoid to help. S. acid will help exfoliate but won't treat it. Drugstore is 2% only can get for S. acid and try glycolic acid to help remove the surface like s. booth brand at the drugstore.

Can you please tell me how to treat white comedones, I get those tiny, almost invisible grain like pimple, I have dry skin and if I just use a cleanser for acne prone skin, my skin gets extremely dry, I don't suffer from red pimples or blackheads...any advice?
