How To Install Snow Leopard on a PC

This video is going by much too fast for me, esp. at the start. (how do I get to the Bios? How do I change it?) I have a Samsung NB30 netbook running Windows 7 home premium. I want to erase the drive and do a clean install of Snow Leopard, which I bought and have on CD. Can someone point me to a tutorial that will take me (a non-techie) step-by-step through the process, slowly. Thanks in advance.
