Seems like a lot of work, I preferred the curl after the initial curling iron part, as it seemed tighter and more authentic. Obviously, it was less controlled and styled than the finished product. Thanks for the tips

her hair turned out cute--it does seem like a whole lot of work, though. i think the traditional use-gel-and-go-through-with-co­mb-and-fingers actually seems like it would take less time than this did. having not tried it this way, though, i dunno. maybe i'll try it! good job :)
