She was not kidding, but she should have been. Had he assented, she would have cut. A portion of a dread is one thing, but as soon as she said "just one", that's when she crossed the line. Good job Castro, never let anybody castrate those locks.

on Larry King's show, the clip shown was much slower than this, and Jason's mouth can be clearly seen that he did say the first "vote" lightly, then immediately he put emphasis on the second "vote"..
so he really did say "vote, VOTE"....
