I believe! I had a leak in my hot water tank and it caused me to have a $900.00 water bill which I could not pay all at once. So the city shut off my water and called the board of health and I was about to be kicked out of my house for not having water! So I put an editorial in the paper asking the city to please allow me to make payments. Well,a lady wrote in asking for donations for me,and on Monday a total stranger payed the entire bill for me! great and true song when i was little i had a cat named toby that always used to sleep in the same bed as me and was always around but she died of some type of cancer but now there is this stray cat that is always around my house all of the sudden so i believe that toby is watching over me
