@BayAreaMusicLens Hey.. deedee is living in Hollywood. She is playing all the time. with.her country group the cotton ponys. and u x a is on again off again but she is the driving force of that. She is a good friend of mine and i can tell you that she wants to do her music above all else. 323 664 1007 is her number i believe. shes just learning about the email stuff...goes to the library i think.

There are a lot of reviewers who just don't get UXA. They are idiots... real, true, honest to goodness idiots. I bought one of the white cover copies of Illusions of Grandeur in 1980. I bought another one because I knew I'd wear the first one out. I still have them both. UXA is totally unique, and one of the very best bands of early punk.

What a wonderful clip. This band was something to behold. Overlooked and underappreciated to be sure. The history of punk rock is yet to be completed indeed.

a clip this powerful and just two comments & 1 apparently from the guitar player. if the singer is still performs, let me know if she has a myspace/public e-mail/some sort of website. I would even contribute to her pay for a gig, I am in San Jose, supposedly she is in LA, 500mi south if singer is not interested in any attention to her career then I dont want to bother her. I have DVD of this show, cant not get enough of it I film bands and would love 2 film her,she can have the original film
