After first seeing the Dragan Challenge on the internet, I am now addicted to this exercise. I have incorporated it into my training routine, and have seen great results. I used to have problems with my lower back, and this exercise has done the opposite to what I expected and actually helped my back by fully working my core. Truly a great upper body workout.
