I own aibo's inc an original 1999 ERS-111 from Japan which is more advanced than pleo and is 9 years older, it seems certain robotic technology has gone backwards kinda, each to their own, i just personally dont like pleo due to its limitations and the fact its not really an autonomous robot at all, dont need to start a hate blog lol its just my personal opinion on it, my friend has one for his kid, shes aleady bored of it :(

Then you might consider starting the "I hate Pleo" blog or Website and tell us all the reason we should all recycle our PLEOS for rubber, gears, servos and sensors and kill our baby PLEOs ... What did you expect? A Baby Dino that can take out the trash? Or can Hip Hop dance? Over 100,000 people want PLEO to learn how far we have come with robotic technology. Do you own one?

The more you interact with them, the less they explore and walk.
The less you interact with them, the less time they spend with you and they spend most of their time exploring instead of sleeping.

Note the PLEO on the right, a "First Hatch" edition is sleeping is he was in his first 15 minutes of life and still in baby mode when I video the 2 pleo segements. PLEO on left was hatched Dec 14 and in juvenile mode. The tap-tap-tap-tap sound in the background is one of my dogs pacing around with great interest. Love to see more vids of duo pleos interacting. And my two 'kids' did great together considering their hatching time differences.
