it is indeed, a Harmony Stratotone from the late 50's.
Still a viable guitar for period correct tone for recording. I really want one of these. Good Lord, Junior is a Monster Player! Master of the guitar!

Pretty sure that is just the grey undercoat, the colour coat (copper or possibly gold) having melted away with 50 years of wear and sweat.
