@magnusmulliner I implore you to read, "Cyrus the Great", by Madeleine and Georges de Scudéry; then check out, "In Search of Lost Time", by Marcel Proust.
The first book is actually available online for anyone to read; iff you still don't see my point, then you simply must pick up, "The Story of the Vivian Girls, in What is known as the Realms of the Unreal, of the Glandeco-Angelinian War Storm, Caused by the Child Slave Rebellion", written by Henry Darger.
These books will elevate your mind.

An invite to read "Pure White and Deadly" by Prof John Yudkin, "Molecules of Emotion" by Candace Pert PhD.
Poor 'food' choices - pasteurised milk, bread and mercury containing tuna! Smarter choices in my opinion, Raw may be better for you. Read "Wheat Belly" by Dr William Davis MD this book will blow you away about hybridised wheat.
Everyone is different o their body's requirements, check out "The Metabolic Typing Diet" by Wolcott & Fahey and then read "Biochemical Individuality" by Williams.

Great point and I would fully agree. Foods first supplements 2nd. The reason I mention supplements is, we've taken more than we give to our top 6 inches of soil and as a result foods even if organic that are grown today are deficient in essential vit's, minerals, trace elements, etc.
I don't mind having expensive urine, as least I know I've covered my base so to speak.
Never ever treat the dis-ease or condition that has the person, instead coach the person that has the dis-ease or condition.

@magnusmulliner What you decide to eat is more important to your overall health than whatever supplement you decide to take to "correct" your diet. Why don't you just correct your diet?

@magnusmulliner I went to the grocery store. I bought a jar of generic calcium pills. I read the labels on food, such as milk, bread, tuna, and whatever I bought was foods which served my needs without containing large amounts of sugar, and most often, a diet food or low sugar dairy, contained a lot of salt. I also did not eat out because that food contains copious amounts of sugar and salt.
Balance was restored, teeth improved, 2 weeks. Passing it along.

@magnusmulliner You tried to set up this idea that taking calcium is dangerous. Drinking water is dangerous, more than 2 million people a year die from it. Water also feeds cancer cells, bacteria, and so on. You see, these are all living things; everything needs sugar, which is actually created from water.
What you are saying is meaningless and TAKING CALCIUM AND REDUCING SUGAR AND SALT STRENGTHENS TEETH.

@magnusmulliner If my risk for MI is negligible; raising 20% it will remain negligible.
Did you read the study, because people were constantly 500 MG of calcium to help strengthen bones. Teeth are not bone, I say take 200 MG of calcium for 2 weeks, but back sugar and salt and watch the RESULT.
Your health is bad when teeth are decaying and taking calcium is a NET IMPROVEMENT.
I could say, taking vitamin supplements increases your risk of cancer, couldn't I?
It's a type of lie.
i noticed when i was taking oregano oil and sipping on hot tea for days because i had the flu, tartar on my teeth started to just chip away and fall off with no effort. I wasnt even taking it for the tartar, i thought my actual teeth was falling out! lol I get the p73 north american one.

Interesting to OBSERVE what your body does when you make some simple changes.
You'll know this. In order to receive the flu, you've got to compromise your biochemistry. If people STOP consuming refined Carb's, like wheat, sugar and pasteurisation, they'll allow their body to do what it's natually programmed to do... HEAL YOU.
