It has been 1,000 days since the Senate last passed a budget. Without a budget, how can the government set its priorities? Without priorities, how can American citizens have any confidence in how their tax dollars are being used? The short answer is they can't. Rep. Gus Bilirakis (FL-09) calls on the Senate and the President to act.
YAY!- no unnecessary wars! (Why unnecessary?) Higher taxes! (Who's wealthy, who determines? Can I declare you rich & tax you more?) More welfare! (You kidder you!) Homeless? You mean no home? Been there. Got trained (govt. helped) Got hired. Got home. There IS an excuse for 14 mil unemployed. It's called Economic Cycle. Corporate greed! How's your charitable foundation going? Bribes? So what? They'll get busted. Watch. Now drop the bong & repeat after me; REDUCE GOVERNMENT SPENDING!

Want to balance the Federal Budget? Stop unnecessary wars and raise taxes on the wealthy to cover your expenses. We actually need more social programs to prevent poverty in every demographic, not just seniors. There is no excuse for 3 million homeless people in this country. There is no excuse for 14 million unemployed in this country. These are caused by corporate greed and corrupt bribed government.
