    1) Life expectancy would be even higher without 3 million deaths each year from fossil fuel air pollution. 2) Windmills predate the industrial revolution 3) Copper can be produced without the use of of fossil fuels. 4) Lesotho – The small mountainous African country of Lesotho also has practically 100% renewable electricity as does Malawi, Mozambique, p.s. and Uganda produces 71% of its electrcity with renewables!

The life expectancy average is at an all time high, but I guess all the wonderous things "dirty" energy does has nothing to do with it..renewable energy like windmills that need mined copper to work?..Cameron made a fortune with his highly hypocritical movie, Avatar, so naturally he'd be willing to donate money to keep his agenda moving forward..go ask Uganda, Botswana and other 3rd world countries if they think "dirty" energy is terrible..and let us know when the oil will run out bud

Yes, Oil is vital to survive in this day & age. With world population at 7 billion there would be no way to srvive without oil. People survived in the age before the ICE, but there were many fewer of us & we didn't live nearly as long. We could never grow the food necessary to support our population without that dirty old crude. Why even the fuel Cameron uses in his personal aircraft is derived from crude oil. Yes we can get electricity from renewables but how would that work for an aircraft?

Lol Oil is vital to survive? I guess in the past when humans didnt have oil they all died, but wait, we're still here because they survived, weird. I said we need to move towards renewable energy, I didnt say we shouldn't use any oil but they can lower how much pollution they emit if they wanted to and will now have to. We dont have an infinitive source of oil either bud, we'll eventually run out in the future. I dont care about James Cameron, I care about renewable energy. Wake up sparky.

The biggest polluter in the state of CA is the US Government. Besides who is the real polluter: the oil company that provides the gasoline we all need, the manufacturer of the automobile or the driver of the vehicle. Take your pick. James Cameron has made a fortune making silly movies. OK that's fine but how do you think these movies are made. Did you know the original 32mm film was a petroleum product? Oil is vital to our very survival. It's a lot more important than the BS movie industry.

How exactly does that deal with the prop? We need to move towards renewable energy and hold companies accountable for the amount of pollution they release. If you don't agree with that, you're the real buffoon and at least James donated a million dollars against this prop which was being funded by some of the biggest polluters Valero, Tesoro, and the Koch industries. Who cares who's in the video its about the prop not them.

James Cameron is such a supreme hypocrite. Prop 23 did lose but the real losers will be the citizens of California. Cameron has the money to move away, as does the pathetic and disgraceful ex-governor. Neither of these two buffoons has the slightest intention of lowering their standard of living. Both men are complete scumbags and hypocrites.
