In January I had a blood panel done for the first time in my life, at age 60, and my cholesterol was 306, labeled "very high" by my Doctor. He of course wanted me to go on a prescription drug. I said NO, that I would try some other things first. I got on the Internet, found Sterolyn and ordered it. The best news is that my cholesterol in April was only 222, a reduction of 84.

If you have high cholesterol, search for the "raw food diet" on Youtube. These pharmaceutical drugs will kill you. Read the list of side-effects.
