  • Very cool... make sure EBMM never sees that headstock, though ;)

  • @ThreeChordGuitar You may or may not believe this, but I'd never even heard of EBMM until you posted this comment. I just did a quick search but couldn't find any images of a headstock that looks like this. Plenty of 4x2 tuning machine layouts, but nothing with these lines. Is there something out there like this that I inadvertently copied? Honest to god, I freehanded that headstock in my shop one day. I'll be bummed if it's not original because I really liked the way it came out.

  • @gayouj EBMM - Ernie Balls Music Man corp. They own the patent for 4x2 headstock design, regardless of the actual headstock itself. It's the tuners placement that they own a patent for :)

  • @ThreeChordGuitar Oh, man. Of all the cheesy things to file a patent for. Let 'em come and get me. I'm so small time that they'd end up just looking silly.

Thanks very much for stopping by and viewing. I'm still enjoying the hell out of your videos. Thanks so much for taking the time to make them.

  • Take it from a MICK, you might want to change the name on that axe, good sound and tone.
