Mu Alpha Theta 2008

This was my school's video submission for the 2008 Mu Alpha Theta convention. The theme was "Cinemathics"...which sort of leaves the possibilities open for a math-related video. So we decided to make a movie trailer for a film chronicling the life of a jock-turned-mathlete who struggles to make it to the convention. At first his motivation is Mary, an attractive girl who "only goes for the smart types," but as he gets more into the math scene, seeking help from his teacher and confusing both parents and friends, he finds that he actually enjoys this subject he once had so much trouble with.

The final version had to be dramatically cut and somewhat edited to fit time requirements. Though it's faster and more like an actual movie trailer, this one's better.
