Special Notes:

The 5100-Series New Flyer D40's were primarily used on OCTA's express services. They were retired and replaced by the 5100-Series New Flyer C40LFR's back in 2008.

This Ex-OCTA unit is currently owned and operated by American Transportation Systems, the contractor for the yearly Anime Expo hotel shuttle services which transports attendees with shuttle passes (or for holders of 4 Day Event Passes like myself) between the Convention Center and various designated hotels in Downtown Los Angeles.

About this recorded stretch:

Heading north on Figueroa Street from the LA Convention Center to the Bonaventure Hotel located between 4th, 5th, Flower, and Figueroa Streets.

Engine: Cummins M11
(Formerly Cummins L10 before repowered in the late 1990's)
Transmission: ZF Ecomat 4HP590C
