We used these lyrics:

She turned around and turned around until she made a stop. S-T-O-P spellsssss stop! While we all spelled out the word "stop" the person in the middle would be spinning around with their eyes closed and with their arm out and a finger pointing.

When we said "stop" whoever she would stop on wld b next.
