Meet Jeff Hager of Hoover, Alabama, the winner of "Create Dunkin's Next Donut" contest. Hager's grand prize winning donut is "Toffee for Your Coffee," a glazed, sour cream cake donut topped with chopped Heath Bar. Hager also won $12,000 and his donut will be sold in U.S. Dunkin' Donuts locations beginning fall '09.
