Meet Jeff Hager of Hoover, Alabama, the winner of "Create Dunkin's Next Donut" contest. Hager's grand prize winning donut is "Toffee for Your Coffee," a glazed, sour cream cake donut topped with chopped Heath Bar. Hager also won $12,000 and his donut will be sold in U.S. Dunkin' Donuts locations beginning fall '09.

HAHA $12,000? thats it? Corporations at its finest, doing anything possible to make an extra buck. They will make that money back in an hour of selling that donut. Such bullshit, they act like they're doing people good but in the end they're making a massive profit out of it all. They dont even care about people.

I was voting for Rachel D's amazing recipe, which was easily in the Top 10 in the contest's history, often times holding the number one spot. Congrats to Jeff, but Rachel D's creation was far more imaginative and likely super delicious. Thanks to all who voted for her!!

I wonder if dunkin donut is managed like a plantation like krappy kreme.These big companies don't care about doughnuts folks,their nothing but fastfood,they care about money and don't care how they get it.They are not made from scratch and thats why they taste like shit ,their developed in chemical labs by morons who think they know what the public wants.

I was in this contest and I feel so cheated. It was quite clear that my caviar and smoked cod caramel donut was the favorite of the judges - but through some chicanery, this "tofee" delight somehow came from behind to take MY title. This will not stand, sir. I vow FROSTED REVENGE on ALL OF YOUS.

I work at a dunkin donuts in northeast PA, and we hade the toffee for your coffee donut, and i tried it and i thought it was delicious, and im not a donut eater! Sadly, for some reason we discontinued that donut..but customers still ask for it
