Willow Road is the heavily-traveled main artery through Northfield, and plans to widen it from two lanes have languished for decades.
In this video, volunteers from the North Suburban Awareness Group outline their support for a 3-lane solution that, they say, would promote progress while preserving Northfield's rural character and ensuring safety for school children crossing the road.
