Barry King released over several years, via his "The VOICE" files, details of a mass social manipulation control programme, from an alledged underground base near Peasemore, Berkshire England.

King later further explained his revelation later in Bases 2 in 1996 and 1997, and again for CSETI in 2000.
In 2006 James Casbolt came forward saying the same kind of things.
This is a recovered edit from a 2Hr VHS, where this was first discussed informally in a country park.

I've always wondered... When I meet someone that claims to be from my bloodline, but I know they have a different code... They alter their last names, keep the original but add a suffix that denotes their true nature. They have appeared and disappeared throughout history, and currently have taken over whole groups or races of people, usually become war like. Are these people the ones being spoken of? The ones being bred?There are people who have had the gene for so long, they don't even know.

Nothing very useful or credible for that matter. It seems like if you were there next to aliens that you would have plenty of details to offer us which would be for more compelling. I know if I saw an alien and was willing to put myself in harms way, which most astute people can acknowledge would be the case for divulging such information, that I would try to find many attributes about them to discuss to gain credibility.
