5 errors in 1 ball. First the fielder in the outfield misfielding, then the mix up of the batsmen, the bowler missing the throw from outfielder, then missing the return from Badrinath and finally firing a throw between Badrinath's legs. Wow, cant think of another instance where so many errors happened in 1 ball.

Dhoni - Ah, misfield. No no get it in, good. Oh what a horrible collect by the bowler - oh look hes running, we will get him out now he he. Oh bad collect again. Give it to the other guy - thorugh his legs arrgh - I wish I wasnt babysitting these domestic players.
